Within two weeks, PECNA provides a complete psychological report, ready for submission with your immigration application. Expedited services are available as needed to meet pressing deadlines.
PECNA was founded by Dr. Irada Chen Wattanavitukul, who is of Chinese descent and the first generation in her family to be born in Thailand. At the age of 16, she emigrated to the United States alone to pursue an education. Her life experiences have inspired a deep passion for helping others navigate complex immigration processes with confidence and care.
