Choose and complete the intake form for your specific immigration case (e.g., asylum, VAWA, N-648). Each form can be translated into Thai, Chinese, Spanish, or Tagalog to ensure clients feel comfortable responding in their preferred language.
STEP 2
Schedule Your Appointment
We will coordinate to set a time for your telehealth evaluation. Our sessions are conducted through HIPAA-compliant, secure video conferencing and typically last between 2-3 hours to ensure thorough documentation.
STEP 3
Attend Your Psychological Evaluation
During the appointment, you’ll have a detailed interview covering personal and mental health history. Our objective is to gather information that provides a comprehensive, unbiased understanding of your psychological needs.
Immigration law may require an interpreter, even if our evaluator speaks your language. You may arrange your own interpreter, or we can provide one for an additional fee.
STEP 4
Receive Your Evaluation Report
Within two weeks, PECNA provides a complete psychological report (8-20 pages). Expedited services are available if needed to meet pressing deadlines.
After your report is reviewed and approved, the final document will be provided and ready for submission with your immigration application.
