Dr. Irada Wattanavitukul is a nationally recognized psychologist specializing in trauma-informed assessments, neurodevelopmental evaluations, and immigration support. With extensive expertise in addressing the needs of individuals impacted by trauma, violence, and developmental challenges, she is dedicated to fostering healing, resilience, and well-being for her clients.
Providing comprehensive evaluations and tailored support, Dr. Irada helps families navigate complex challenges while advocating for the accommodations and protections they deserve.

Her clinical training spans diverse settings, including VA facilities, community mental health centers, primary care clinics, and residential treatment programs. She has extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from children as young as four to older adults. Dr. Chiang’s skills include conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and delivering evidence-based interventions to address trauma, anxiety, depression, and multicultural challenges.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, Dr. Chiang is particularly skilled at working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her understanding of the interplay between identity, family, and cultural context informs her client-centered approach to care. Dr. Chiang also has a deep awareness of the stigma often associated with mental health care and is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for her clients.
Dr. Chiang is licensed to practice psychotherapy in California, New York, and Hawaii. As a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), she integrates her training in reproductive psychology with her broader clinical expertise, offering compassionate and culturally informed care to those navigating complex life transitions.

Dr. Jennifer Lai is a CA licensed clinical psychologist who has extensive experience in psychodiagnostic and neuropsychological assessments. Born in Hong Kong (native Cantonese speaker) and raised in Southern CA, Dr. Lai earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Integrative Biology and Psychology from UC Berkeley before obtaining her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Clinical Neuropsychology from Palo Alto University.
She completed her predoctoral internship at VA Loma Linda and a two-year APA-accredited Clinical Neuropsychology postdoctoral residency specializing in Traumatic Brain Injury/Rehabilitation at VA West Los Angeles.
Her clinical experience spans across various settings, including training at community mental health centers, schools for children and families, and hospitals with medical inpatients.
She is skilled in psychological assessments in research and clinical settings, utilizing a culturally sensitive approach emphasizing providing client-focused and individualized care.

Dr. O'Brien's academic journey includes advanced degrees from CACREP-accredited and APA-accredited programs, a pre-doctoral internship at the Louis Stokes Cleveland Veteran Affairs Medical Center with rotations in inpatient psychiatry, PTSD clinical teams, and a women’s residential substance use treatment program, as well as certification in reproductive mental health and ongoing training in neuropsychological assessment. Her early career was spent serving within the Department of Defense healthcare system, first as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force and later as an addictions specialist in the United States Navy. Passionate about integrated behavioral health care, Dr. O'Brien has directed these services in primary care, internal medicine, and obstetrics and gynecology clinics.
In addition to her clinical work, she is dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of medical professionals through her involvement with the Washington Physicians Health Program.

Dr. McDowell’s clinical training includes experience in diverse settings, such as community mental health centers and correctional facilities. She completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship at the California Health Care Facility, focusing on psychodiagnostic evaluations, and a postdoctoral internship at the HOPE Program, where she gained expertise in individual and group therapy as well as psychosexual evaluations.

Dr. Butler specializes in providing pre-surgical assessment services for individuals seeking bariatric surgery or spinal cord stimulator surgery, general diagnostic psychological evaluations for clients aged six and older, assisted reproductive technology (ART) evaluations for gestational carriers, intended parents, and egg donors, and immigration evaluations to support hardship waivers, asylum cases, and other immigration needs.
Dr. Butler's career is built on a solid foundation of diverse clinical training. She completed her predoctoral internship at the Palm Beach County Division of Youth Affairs and her postdoctoral residency at Pomme De Terre Wellness Clinic. Over the years, she has gained invaluable experience working in various settings, including integrated health clinics, community mental health centers, schools, nursing homes, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers for children and families, hospital emergency departments with medical patients, and utilized telehealth technology to provide services in these settings. This breadth of experience has allowed her to develop a holistic approach to care that integrates physical and mental health considerations, particularly in those facing major medical transitions or navigating complex life processes such as ART or immigration.
Dr. Butler has also supervised pre-doctoral interns, post-doctoral fellows, and provisionally licensed psychologists, as well as led a team of psychometricians, psychologists, and neuropsychologists.
Her compassionate approach, combined with a deep understanding of pre-surgical needs, the complexities of ART and immigration cases, and mental health challenges, allows Dr. Butler to provide effective support tailored to the unique experiences of each client.
